Constipation is a condition where the process of spending the rest of the digestion is slow or difficult and hard.
hydrotherapy
1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Drink one or two glasses of water when you wake up in the morning and one glass before bed
2. Hold the enema (drain colon) extraction by hand if intestines squeezed. See procedure
3. Go to the bathroom / toilet regularly, sit there with ease. Do it when the time has come even though there is no incentive to do so.
4. Exercise regularly setiiap day.
Treatment with medicinal plants
1. Leaf Kale (Ipomea aquatica Forsk)
> Eating 2 bowls of boiled spinach leaves along with other foods. It may form part of a menu or diet
2. Leaf Moringa (Moringa Olei fera Lam.)
> Eating leaves 1 cup (cooked) together with other foods.
3. Papaya, ripe (Carica papaya)
> Eating large slice at breakfast every morning.
4. Leaves Alamanda (Allamanda cathartica L.)
> Boil 5 leaves in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes
> Dose:
Adults: 1 cup, 2 times a day
Children (2-6 years) 1 tablespoon, 2 times a day, morning and afternoon. (7-12 years) 1 bowl, 2 times a day, morning and afternoon
