ICE PACK

Definition:

RENDAM KAKI DENGAN AIR HANGAT

MANDI / LAP BADAN KETIKA DEMAM

Definisi:

KOMPRES PANAS

KOMPRES HANGAT

1. Sehelai kain katun, dilipat cukup tebal, kira-kira 5 cm lebar dan cukup panjang untuk dilingkarkan pada leher atau sendi dua kali. Boleh juga digunakan sapu tangan wanita (yang berukuran kecil dan  tipis), dilipat memanjang, jika hendak digunakan pada tenggorokan

KOMPRES DINGIN

7. Menghentikan pendarahan pada hidung jika ditempatkan pada daerah hidung
