ASTHMA

Asthma is a disease of the respiratory tract. The symptoms are feelings of tightness in the chest, shortness of breath, wheezing and coughing


hydrotherapy

1. Hold pendemahan on the chest, two times a day. See procedure
2. Inhale steam, 2 times a day. See procedure
3. Hold a breathing exercise for 10-15 minutes when there is no attack of asthma, 4 times a day.

Breathing exercises

Position: Sit back in a chair, his back propped up with pillows. Breathe the air through the nose. Then contract the lips, as if hendakmeniup through a straw. Breathe the air two times longer than when sipped. Add gusts time little by little.

Break after blowing and breathe the air three times normal breathing before starting another way earlier. This can be done in the morning, noon and night, before bed. This can be done also when breathing becomes short while exercise and other activities.

Treatment with medicinal plants

1. Leather Tree Tamarind (Tamarindus indica L.)
> Chopping and a sliver of bark boiled in 3 cups of water for 10 minutes
> Dose:
Adults: 1 cup each finished eating and before bedtime
Children: 1/2 cup, 4 times a day (after meals and at bedtime)
Babies: 2 tablespoons, 4 times a day (after meals and at bedtime)

2. Spinach Leaves and flowers Duri
> Poached 5 young stems chopped spinach thorn together flowers and leaves in 5 cups of water for 10 minutes
> Dose:
Adults: 1 cup, 4 times a day
Children: 1/2 cup, 4 times a day
Babies: 2 tablespoons, 4 times a day

Caution: This treatment is especially good for spending excess mucus.
