Athlete's Foot (Alipunga or Dermatophytosis) is a spot on the skin that is characterized by small

Hydrotherapy using water decoction of leaves
1. soak the feet with boiling water Tinospora cordifolia (Tinospora rumphii Boerl)

7. Garlic, for itching (Allium sativum Linn.)

> Rub on the itchy areas, 2 times a day.
